
RumChata Banana Ice Cream
Ingredients
1/2 Cup whole milk chilled
1/2 cup RumChata well chilled
3/4 Cup granulated sugar
2 Cups heavy cream vanilla bean paste (to taste)
2 extra ripe bananas
Directions
Combine the whole milk, RumChata, and sugar in a mixing bowl. Mix until sugar is dissolved by whisk or hand mixer. Stir in heavy cream and flavor to taste with vanilla bean paste. Pour mixture into ice cream maker freezer bowl. Allow churning for 20 minutes. Peel and mash 2 extra ripe bananas into a smooth texture. Add bananas to ice cream maker after 20 minutes and allow to churn for another 10 minutes. Pour into an airtight bowl and place it in the freezer. Allow ice cream to set to desired hardness.
