
Brownies with Mountain Standard Whipped Cream
Ingredients
Your favorite brownie mix
1 c heavy whipping cream
¼ c Mountain Standard
1 t sugar
Your favorite brownie mix
1 cup heavy whipping cream
¼ cup Odell Mountain Standard
1 t sugar
Directions
Prepare the brownies according to directions. I like Ghirardelli triple chocolate brownie mix, I substitute half of the water with Mountain Standard. While the brownies are baking, chill the bowl and beaters for the mixer in the freezer (the colder the bowl and beaters, the better the cream will whip). Once chilled, add the whipped cream and begin mixing on low speed. As the cream thickens, increase the speed. Once whipped, add the _ c Mountain Standard and sugar and continue to whip. When the brownies are served, serve with a dollop of the Mountain Standard whipped cream. Prepare the brownies according to directions.
