Yellow Bird

Ingredients

1 oz. Pisco Porton
1 oz. Peach schnapps
1 oz. coconut liquor
2 oz. ginger ale
Pureed peach chunks
Peach wedge and mint sprig as garnish

Directions
Mix all ingredients in a shaker with ice. shake well and drain into a martini glass. Garnish with a peach wedge and a sprig of mint.
