Mardi Gras Bloody Mary

Ingredients

2-½ oz. Vodka
1 ½ tsp. Worcestershire sauce
2-3 drops of Tabasco sauce
1/8 tsp. Celery Salt
4 oz. Tomato juice
1 Lime wedge
1 Lemon wedge
1 Celery stalk

Directions
Combine Vodka, spices, and tomato juice into a highball glass full of ice. Shake well and squeeze the lemon and lime and add the celery stalk as a garnish. Serves 1. Some other garnishes used in New Orleans besides celery include olives, spicy beans, green peppers, and even crawfish! Everyone in New Orleans has their favorite way a Bloody Mary should be made. Some like their drink extra spicy and add lots more spices in the drink as well as around the rim of the glass. Another way to spice it up is to use Pepper Vodka instead of regular. To give the Bloody Mary a more citrus flavor, Lemon Vodka can be substituted as well. Other people add clam juice, horseradish sauce, or olive juice to mix up their Bloody Mary.
