
RumChata Bananas Foster
Ingredients
5 bananas, quartered
1 tsp lemon juice
1 jar (12.25 oz) caramel ice cream topping
1/2 tsp cinnamon
3 tbs RumChata
Vanilla ice cream
Directions
In a skillet combine caramel topping, lemon juice, RumChata, and cinnamon and bring to a boil, stirring often. Remove from heat and gently stir in the bananas. Spoon over ice cream!
