Stuffed Turkey
Ingredients
1.5 oz Wild turkey Bourbon
3 oz Apple Juice
1 oz Cranberry Juice
Roasted sugared
Chestnut Garnish
Stuffing:
1 oz Apple Brandy
2 oz Dutch Egg liqueur
.5 oz of Simple Syrup
1/8 teaspoon ground dry Sage
Freeze to create a custard

Shake cocktail ingredients with ice, drain into cocktail flute over a dollop of the stuffing custard. Garnish with Chestnut
