Strawberry Porton Tini
Ingredients
3 fresh crushed strawberries
1 1/4 oz Portón Pisco
3/4 oz fresh lime juice
3/4 oz simple syrup
1 1/4 oz soda water
1/2 oz Monin® Chipotle Pineapple Syrup* * Or use ½ oz. simple syrup and 2 drops chipotle hot sauce as a substitute
Directions
Mix all ingredients in a shaker with ice. drain into a cocktail glass. Garnish with a fresh Strawberry and a lime wedge.
