Kentucky Derby Peach Tea
Ingredients
4 ozs unsweetened iced tea
1 ½ oz Kentucky bourbon
2 ozs simple syrup (2 oz sugar, dissolved into 2 oz water)
1 ½ ozs peach schnapps
1 lime, juiced
1 sprig fresh mint
Directions
Run the squeezed lime around the sides of the glass. Combine all ingredients into a cocktail shaker. Add ice to the shaker and shake. drain into prepared glass. Garnish with mint.
