Salad with Odell’s IPA Vinaigrette

Mixed salad greens:
Oranges, peeled and diced
Apples, peeled and diced

Vinaigrette:
Olive oil
Honey Dijon mustard
IPA
Salt
Pepper
Honey

For the vinaigrette, combine 2 parts olive oil with 1 part IPA. Whisk in 1 T Honey Dijon mustard and salt and pepper to taste. Add additional honey to taste. Serve over the mixed salad greens, diced oranges, and apples.
