Ingredients
2 ounce(s) gin
3/4 ounce(s) simple syrup
3/4 ounce(s) fresh lime juice
Champagne
1 sprig(s) of mint
Directions
Fill a cocktail shaker with ice. Add the gin, simple syrup, and lime juice. shake until chilled, then drain into a flute. Top with Champagne and garnish with the sprig of mint.
