
Tuna Steak Appetizer – Serve with Riesling
Ingredients
Fresh Tuna Steaks
Cucumber
Salt
Hot sauce (Schracha)
Ginger and Wasabi (Japanese Horseradish)
Lemon juice
Directions
Fresh Tuna Steaks Grate a cucumber, add a dash of salt. Pat down to get the moisture out. Add a teaspoon each of Hot sauce (Schracha), ginger and Wasabi (Japanese Horseradish), lemon juice and mayo. Grill tuna steaks through. Chill and break up, add additional ingredients.
