Cucumber Collins

Ingredients

1 ½ oz Hendrick's gin
¾ oz Domaine du Canton liqueur
Freshly squeezed lime juice
4 thin slices of cucumber
Orange wedge
2 oz club soda

Directions
Pre-chill a cocktail glass and set aside. Cut three slices of cucumber into quarters and muddle in a mixing glass with the Canton and lime juice. When sufficiently pulverized, add Hendrick's and a level scoop of ice. shake for about 15 seconds. drain carefully into a pre-chilled glass while being careful to limit the amount of pulp. Add soda to the icy, crushed cucumber mixture. Swirl and drain again. Garnish with the remaining cucumber slice and orange wedge
