Harvey Wallbanger Crockpot Cake
Ingredients
1 package pound cake mix
3-1/2 ounce package instant vanilla or French vanilla pudding mix
1/2 cup salad oil
4 eggs
1/4 cup Galliano liqueur
3/4 cup orange juice
Directions
Beat all ingredients for 2 minutes in the mixing bowl. Pour batter into a greased coffee can or manufacturer's insert and cover. Bake in covered crockpot on high for 2 to 3 hours. Remove cake and dust with powdered sugar.
