
RumChata Banana Pudding
Ingredients
2 oz RumChata
5 oz pkg Instant Vanilla Pudding Mix
2 c Milk
7 oz Sweetened Condensed Milk
1 tbs Vanilla Extract
12 oz Frozen Whipped Topping, thawed
16 oz Vanilla Wafers
14 Bananas, sliced
Directions
Soak vanilla wafers and bananas in RumChata for 20 seconds; pour off the remaining liquid into a bowl with condensed milk, set aside. In a separate bowl, beat the pudding mix with milk for 2 minutes. Blend in condensed milk mixture until smooth. Stir in vanilla extract. Fold in whipped topping. Layer wafers, bananas and pudding mixture in a glass serving bowl. Chill until serving.
