
Salmon Grilled Simply – Serve with Pinot Noir
Ingredients
Dill Sauce:
Combine 1/2 cup sour cream, 3/4 cup mayo 1/4 red onion minced, juice of 1/4 lemon, 3 tablespoons dill weed or 4-5 tablespoons fresh dill.
Directions
Season a Salmon Fillet liberally with season salt. Also, layer salmon evenly with lemon slices and red onion slices. Grill medium-low until salmon becomes flaky - roughly 20 minutes. Allow salmon to rest 5 minutes after taking off the grill. Offer the dill sauce to accompany.
