
Tomato & Green Olive Salsa – Serve with White Merlot
Ingredients
1 1/4 pounds tomatoes
1/4 cup sliced green onions
1/4 cup hot pepper fresh
1 bunch scallions
1 tablespoon red-wine vinegar
2 teaspoons minced fresh oregano
1/8 teaspoon salt
Freshly ground pepper
Directions
Combine tomatoes, scallions, olives, hot pepper fresh, vinegar and oregano. Season with salt and pepper.
